Every year, as part of our effort to maintain performance and innovate for tomorrow’s energy, we recruit over 100 technicians, engineers, academics, and doctors from all backgrounds, who join our multidisciplinary teams.

We also welcome around thirty post-doctoral research fellows. These young doctors come to further enhance their training by completing research within our teams for a period of 12 to 18 months.

 Furthermore, many students come to build their professional future with our teams:
 - future doctors to prepare their thesis and benefit from a 90% graduate employment rate thanks to the quality of the training provided,
 - young interns or students on work placement can apply their studies to real assignments while benefitting from training and supervision from experienced professionals.












If your application to a vacancy posted on-line is successful, you will be called for 3 types of interview:

  • with operational staff, to ensure that your profile is suitable for the position and the team,
  • with HR, to ensure that your professional aspirations are in line with the position and IFP Energies nouvelles’s (IFPEN) corporate strategy,
  • with external professionals, in a recruitment agency, if necessary.
